List of Ingredients

1-1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
3 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup fresh peaches, diced or chopped


Recipe

Mix and pour in muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush tops lightly with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 8 muffins.
