1 (16 oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 T water
Recipe
Stir muffin mix, sour cream, egg and 1/2 cup water to mix. Pour into a sprayed 11x7-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon waster and drizzle over coffee cake while still hot.
