Eggs: Sausage and Egg Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage; cooked and drained
- 1 (6oz) pkg onion and garlic croutons
- 1 cup shredded monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 dozen eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- chopped green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Instructions
- In a greased 9x12 pan layer the croutons, sausage and cheese.
- Combine the eggs, milk and onions.
- Mix well.
- Pour over the cheese; sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
- Bake, uncovered @ 350 for 40-45 minutes until top is lightly brown and center is set.
