    Eggs: Sausage and Egg Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. sausage; cooked and drained
    • 1 (6oz) pkg onion and garlic croutons
    • 1 cup shredded monterey Jack cheese
    • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1 dozen eggs beaten
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • chopped green onions
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 tsp. basil


    Instructions


    1. In a greased 9x12 pan layer the croutons, sausage and cheese.

    2. Combine the eggs, milk and onions.

    3. Mix well.

    4. Pour over the cheese; sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.

    5. Bake, uncovered @ 350 for 40-45 minutes until top is lightly brown and center is set.
