    Cheddar Mushroom Bacon Burgers

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef
    • finely chopped green onions
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    • pepper to taste
    • TOPPING:
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 small can mushrooms drained
    • 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1/4 cup mayonaise


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl combine the hamburger, onion, garlic salt and pepper.

    2. Form into 4 patties.

    3. In a small bowl combine the cheese, mushrooms, bacon and mayo.

    4. Cook hamburgers until done through.

    5. Spoon 1/4 of topping onto each burger and continue to cook until cheese melts onto burger a little

    6. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and a tomato slice
