Cheddar Mushroom Bacon Burgers

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- pepper to taste
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small can mushrooms drained
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the hamburger, onion, garlic salt and pepper.
- Form into 4 patties.
- In a small bowl combine the cheese, mushrooms, bacon and mayo.
- Cook hamburgers until done through.
- Spoon 1/4 of topping onto each burger and continue to cook until cheese melts onto burger a little
- Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and a tomato slice
