    2 egg whites
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 stick butter

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a cookie pan with sides.
    Beat egg whites and put in nuts and 1 cup sugar.
    Stir all together.
    Bake at 350 for 50 minutes, stirring the nuts around every 10 minutes.
    Pour out nuts on paper towels and cool.
