    • Fresh picked green beans
    • salt
    • water


    Instructions


    1. Cut ends off beans and cut into bite size pieces.
    2. Pack beans into jars
    3. Add 1 tsp. salt to each qt of beans
    4. Fill jars with cold water and seal
    5. Pressure cook @ 10 lbs pressure for 25-30 minutes
