    • Fresh picked corn on the cob
    • salt *
    • butter *


    Instructions


    1. Clean corn and blanch for 5 minutes in boiling water
    2. Immediately place in ice cold water till cool
    3. Drain and cut off the cob with a corn cutter
    4. Put into freezer bags
    5. * When cooking I put a small amount of salt and butter in the water
