List of Ingredients
6 cups of tomatoes, peeled, cored and quartered
5 12oz. cans tomato paste
4 tsp. minced garlic
¼ C. olive oil
3 TBSP pickling salt
¼ C. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. pepper
2 TBSP oregano
2 TBSP Italian seasoning
1¼ C. sugar
3 TBSP minced onion
Recipe
Mix all together in large pot.
Cook until thick or consistency desired.
(I usually let cook for at least 2 hour or more)
Pour into sterilized jars, seal and pressure cook @ 10lbs pressure for 30 minutes
Makes approxiately 3-4 quarts.
*I usually double or triple the batch.
