Spicy Hot Green Tomatoes

Recipe Introduction
These can be made as hot as you like by adjusting the jalepeno's. Good way to use up end of the season green tomatoes. We use salsa peppers sometimes to lower the heat index.
List of Ingredients
- 1 jalepeno per jar
- 1 garlic clove per jar
- 1 Tbls. HEAPING Minced Garlic per jar
- 1 tsp. dill weed per jar
- 1 tsp dill seed per jar
- 1 tsp. pickle seasoning per jar
- BRINE:
- 1 qt vinegar
- 2 qt water
- 2/3 cup salt
- Green tomatoes cut up
Instructions
- Place tomatoes and jar ingredients in as many jars as needed.
- Boil brine for 5 minutes or until salt is dissolved
- Pour brine over tomatoes in jars
- Seal and pressure cook @ 10 lbs pressure for 5 minutes.
