6 qts. cut-up tomatoes, squeeze juice out
2½ C. celery, cut-up
2½ C. onions, chopped
6 large peppers of choice, chopped
2 C. sugar
3 C. white vinegar
½ C. pickling salt
2 oz. whole mustard seed
Recipe
To make brine, mix cold: sugar, vinegar, pickling salt and mustard seed.
Mix cold.
Add tomatoes and vegetables.
Keep in refrigerator.
Keeps for months.
