Hamburger Hashbrown Supper

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen hash browns ( thawed)
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp celery salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded velveeta
- 1 small can French fried onions
Instructions
- Cook hamburger and onions. Drain and set aside
- Place hash browns in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan
- Place beef mixture on top of hash browns and season
- Mix together the soup and milk; pour over the hamburger
- Top with shredded cheese.Cover loosely with foil and bake 45 minutes @ 350
- Remove foil and sprinkle w/ onions.
- Return to oven uncovered for 5 - 10 minutes till onions are hot.
