    Hamburger Hashbrown Supper

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb frozen hash browns ( thawed)
    • 1 lb hamburger
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 tsp celery salt
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 can mushroom soup
    • 1 can milk
    • 1 8 oz pkg shredded velveeta
    • 1 small can French fried onions


    Instructions


    1. Cook hamburger and onions. Drain and set aside

    2. Place hash browns in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan

    3. Place beef mixture on top of hash browns and season

    4. Mix together the soup and milk; pour over the hamburger

    5. Top with shredded cheese.Cover loosely with foil and bake 45 minutes @ 350

    6. Remove foil and sprinkle w/ onions.

    7. Return to oven uncovered for 5 - 10 minutes till onions are hot.
