Recipe Introduction
A Note from Linda Carnation:-------------------------------**When you mix this all up and cook it, it may not look very enticing, but it is addictive. I often get requests for this one. I made this one up years ago when I was living at home and my father would request it every now and then. It always goes over big.
List of Ingredients
-1/2 pound elbow macaroni, cooked al dente, drained
-1/2 pound hamburger meat
-1/2 small diced onion
-1 tablespoon kitchen bouquet or gravy master
-3 beef bouillon cubes
-1(16 ounce) can or more cut green beans
-1(16 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, chopped
-2(10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
-1/4 cup milk
-grated parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup butter, (1/2 stick)
Recipe
-Preheat oven to 350.
-Grease a dutch oven size pan.(You know, the big one that usually comes with a set of pots and pans.)
-Pour noodles into greased pan.
-Set aside.
-Brown meat and onion in a large frying pan.
-Add undrained green beans, gravy master and bouillon cubes.
-Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
-Stir in tomatoes and 1 can of soup.
-Pour into the pan with the noodles, and stir together.
-Heat 2nd can soup with milk until smooth.
-Pour over top, sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter.
-Bake until top is golden brown and a bit crunchy.
-Approximately 30 - 45 minutes
