Spinach Beef Biscuit Bake

List of Ingredients
- 2 tubes of buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb hamburger
- Worstershire sauce to taste
- chopped onion to taste
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 (10oz) pkg. chopped spinach thawed and SQUEEZED dry
- 2 small cans mushroom pieces drained
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Melted margarine to drizzle on top
Instructions
- Press and flatten the biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 11x7 pan.
- Brown the hamburger, onion and mushrooms together adding worsterchire sauce while cooking.
- In a bowl mix the beaten eggs and the well drained spinach and stir well.
- Add in the cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.Mix well again.
- Add the beef and stir well.
- Spoon onto the biscuits and drizzle with margarine.
- Bake uncovered @ 375 for 25-30 minutes til crust is lightly browned.
