Pasta: Cheese Stuffed Shells

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 (10oz) frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 egg ,beaten
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- salt and pepper to taste
- 20 Jumbo shells, cooked nad drained
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce of your choice
Instructions
- Brown the sausage and onions together; drain
- In a large bowl combine the meat, spinach, cream cheese and egg.
- Add 1 cup of the mozzarella and2 cups of the cheddar.
- Blend in the parmesan, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Stuff shells and arrange in a greased 9x13.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over top.
- Cover and bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.
- Uncover, and sprinkle rest of mozzarella on top.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes til cheese melts.
- Serves 8-10
