Italian Chicken Patty Spaghetti

- 8 oz cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbls. grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 (26oz) jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 (14.5oz) can Diced Italian Tomatoes
- 1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms drained
- 4 breaded fully cooked Chicken Patties
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti acording to directions; rinse and drain.
- In a bowl combine 1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese, grated Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasonings, and Garlic Powder. Set aside
- In another bowl mix together the Spaghetti Sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms.
- Add 2 cups of the sauce mix to the spaghetti and put into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Top with the cheese mixture.
- Arrande the chicken patties on top and drizzle the remaining sauce over top..
- Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella over all and bake uncovered @ 350 for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
