    Pasta: Noodle Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
    • 1 1/2 cups milk
    • 1 cup grated parmesan - divided
    • 1 - 2 tsp garlic salt
    • 2 Tbls. parsley flakes
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 (16 oz) pkg wide egg noodles Cooked and drained. DO NOT OVER COOK
    • 1 pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower carrot mix thawed
    • 2 cups frozen corn


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl combine the 2 soups, milk, 3/4 cup of the parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

    2. Add cooked noodles and thawed vegtables. Mix well.

    3. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

    4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    5. Cover and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
