    Pasta: Pasaghetti Pizza

    List of Ingredients


    • 16 oz pkg spaghetti
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese*
    • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
    • 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce
    • 1 1/2 tsp oregeno
    • 3 cups mozzerella cheese*
    • 1 pkg sliced pepperoni or 1/2 lb cooked sausage


    Instructions


    1. Break spaghetti into 2" pieces, and cook in a large sauce pan.

    2. Drain and cool

    3. Heat oven to 400

    4. In a large bowl beat eggs slightly with milk. Add 1 cup cheese,and the garlic salt. Add cooked spaghetti and stir till well blended.

    5. Grease a 10 x 15 pan and press spaghetti mixture in bottom.

    6. Bake 15 minutes and remove from oven

    7. Reduce oven temp to 350

    8. Spread sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with the oregeno. Next layer the 3 cups of cheese and top with meat of your choice.

    9. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes longer

    10. Let stand 5 minutes at room temp before cutting



    Final Comments


    *Over the years I have changed the cheese I use to the Pizza blend cheese. It seems to have more flavor.

    Good.... and easy to cut in half for just two people. It's a meal in itself with some garlic bread.
