All in One Pork Chop Casserole

List of Ingredients



• 4 pork chops
  
• 1 Tbls oil
  
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  
• 1/2 cup milk
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
• pepper to taste
  
• 1 cup cheddar cheese ( divided)
  
• 1 small can french-fried onions
  
• 1 24 oz pkg. O Brien frozen potatoes thawed
  






Instructions



1. In a skillet brown chops in oil on both sides. Set aside for now
   
   
2. In a bowl mix together the soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 cup of the onions.
   
   
3. Fold potatoes in to this mix and spread in a greased 9 x 13.
   
   
4. Arrange chops on top.
   
   
5. Cover and bake 40 minutes @ 350.
   
   
6. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
   
   
7. Return to oven for 5 minutes till cheese is melted.
