Asparagus Ham Roll-Ups

List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbls. margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 24 stalks fresh or frozen asparagus
- 8 slices thin deli ham
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- In a sauce pan melt maragrine and stir in flour, cooking until thick.
- Gradually stir in milk and cook til bubbly.
- Add cheese and salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat.
- Place three asparagus spears on each ham slice and roll up.
- Place in a 9x13 pan seam side down.
- Cover with cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
