    Asparagus Ham Roll-Ups

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbls. margarine
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 24 stalks fresh or frozen asparagus
    • 8 slices thin deli ham
    • 1/4 cup bread crumbs


    Instructions


    1. In a sauce pan melt maragrine and stir in flour, cooking until thick.

    2. Gradually stir in milk and cook til bubbly.

    3. Add cheese and salt and pepper.

    4. Remove from heat.

    5. Place three asparagus spears on each ham slice and roll up.

    6. Place in a 9x13 pan seam side down.

    7. Cover with cheese sauce.

    8. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

    9. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
