    Ham and Aspargus Rollups

    List of Ingredients


    • Asparagus ( 3-4 spears per person)
    • Slices of boiled ham
    • 2 Tbls. milk
    • 1/2 cup mayo
    • 1/4 tsp curry powder
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • Shredded cheddar cheese
    • Cornflake crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Cook asparagus spears

    2. Roll 1-2 spears inside each piece of ham.

    3. Place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

    4. Mix 2 Tbls. milk, 1/2 cup mayo, curry powder and soup all together.

    5. Pour over the roll-ups.

    6. Sprinkle with cheese and top with corn flake crumbs.bAKE @ 350 FOR 30 MINUTES
