    List of Ingredients




    -2 LB pork sausage
    -2 C. shredded cheddar
    -1 (10 3/4 oz)cream of chicken soup
    -1 C. sour cream
    -1 (8oz) French onion dip
    -1 C. chopped onion
    -1/4 C. green & red peppers
    -1/8 t. pepper
    -1 (30oz) frozen shredded hashbrowns





    Recipe



    -Brown and drain sausage. In large bowl combine 3/4 c. cheese & next 7 ingredients.
    -Spread into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
    -Top with sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    -Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
    -Uncover and bake another 10 minutes
