Pork Chop Onion & Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
6 pork chops (3/4' boneless works good)
4 potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 sliced onion
1 can condensed celery soup
1/2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Brown seasoned (with salt and pepper) pork chops on both sides.
Layer chops and potatoes and onion in greased casserole. Mix water and soup and add to casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
If desired, sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over chops the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
