Wagonhound's Cheesy Layered Ham and Potatoes

List of Ingredients
7 medium sized potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups canned or frozen peas
1 medium onion, diced
3/4 lb. cooked ham, diced
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
Recipe
Slice potatoes in 1/4" rounds.
Boil until tender, about 20 minutes.
Mix can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk.
In a large casserole dish, layer 1/3 of the potatoes.
Add 1/3 of the peas and onions.
Cover with 1/3 of the soup mixture.
Over this sprinkle 1/3 of the ham and cheeses.
Repeat 3 times.
Bake at 350� for 40 minutes.
