List of Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken with rice soup
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk or 1-1/2 cups light cream
3 (10-ounce) cans chicken breast
1 can chow mein noodles
1/2 sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Recipe
Combine soups, milk, chicken and noodles; mix well and pour into buttered casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs, and drizzle butter over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
