1 (16-ounce) package your favorite frozen mixed vegetables
2 (6.5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
Cheese-flavored Goldfish crackersRecipe
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered 7-by-11-inch baking dish or 11/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle desired amount of crackers over top.Cook 5 more minutes till done
Note: I tried this in the microwave, and it takes about 8 minutes but this will depend on the microwave oven. Serves 6.
