Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups peanut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 1/2 Tbls. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbls. salt
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
- 4 buns
- 2 Tbls. melted butter
- 8 dill pickle slices
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and stir in the milk.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pepper and salt.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the milk until it is fully moist.
- Roll the moist chicken in the flour mixture until completely coated.
- Drop all four chicken pieces into the hot oil and close the pressure cooker.
- When steam starts shooing through the pressure release, set a timer for 3 1/2 minutes.
- While chicken is cooking, spead melted margarine on bins.
- Place two pickles on the bottom of each bun.
- When chicken is done, remove and drain and blot on paper towel.
Final Comments
To make a "deluxe" simply add two tomato slices and a leaf of lettuce. Mayonainse goes well with this sandwich
