3-4 lb. pot roast
12 oz. beer
1/2 cup brown sugar
One 14-oz. bottle ketchup
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt (Lawry’s)
Recipe
Brown roast. Blend all other ingredients in a bowl. Pour over meat. Cover and bake on low for 8 hours. (May use a cheaper cut of meat for this recipe.)
