Sausage: Cajun Cabbage

- 1 small head of cabbage shredded
- 1 lb. country sausage
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes and chilies
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place the cabbage in a crockpot on low.
- Meanwhile cook sausage and onion and garlic. Drain
- Add meat mixture to cabbage
- Add together the tomatoes and seasonings.
- Pour over cabbage and meat.
- Cook 8 hour on low.
- One hour before eating add the shredded cheese.
