Poultry: Chicken N Biscuits

List of Ingredients
- 1 fryer chicken, cut up and cooked
- 2 envelopes chicken gravy mix
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbls. minced parsley
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- pepper to taste
- 5-6 carrots shredded
- 1 onion cut into small pieces
- 3 Tbls. cornstarch
- 1/3 cup cold water
- Biscuits, either homemade or refrigerated.
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the gravy mix, water, broth, garlic, parsley, bouillon and pepper until blended.
- Add the carrots, onion and chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Increase heat to high .
- In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and water and ass to the crock pot; stirring well
- Cover and cook for 1 more hour.
- Serve over biscuits
