List of Ingredients
12 flour tortillas -- cut in 6-8 pieces each
4 cups cooked chicken or turkey -- coarsely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans green chiles -- 4 ounces each
1 cup sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexi-Blend Cheese
Recipe
Lightly grease sides and bottom of slow-cooking pot.
Arrange alternate layers of tortillas with chicken and mixture of undiluted soups, green chiles, sour cream, and onion.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese and cook on low another 15 or 20 minutes.
