Hamburger: Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
... 2 c. cooked brown rice
4 c. shredded cabbage ( I chopped mine into about 1 inch square pieces)
15 oz. tomato sauce (I used an additional 8 oz)
14 1/2 oz. can petite diced tomatoes and liquid, undrained (maybe Rotel)
1 T. brown sugar (I used a total of 4 T)
2 t. beef bouillion granules
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. black pepper(I used a total of 1 t)
1/2 t. seasoned salt (I used a total of 1 t)
Recipe
In skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender; drain.
Put into bottom of crockpot.
Stir in rice and cabbage.
Add all remaining ingredients; pour over meat mixture and stir.
Cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until cabbage is tender.
Stir before serving.
