-4-6 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
-1 (16 ounce) carton low-fat sour cream
-1 can lite cream of mushroom soup
-1 envelope dry onion soup mix
-1 to 2 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced
Recipe
-Place frozen chicken in crockpot.
-In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and soup mix.
-Pour over chicken.
-Add sliced mushrooms.
-Cover and set on LOW for 7 hours.
