    Beef: Sirloin Tip Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    -2 pounds sirloin tips
    -1 can campbells golden mushroom soup
    -1 package onion soup mix
    -6 medium red potatoes sliced








    Recipe

    -In the crockpot, combine sirloin tips, golden mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix.
    -Place potatoes on top of meat mixture, turning them once to cover them with soup mixture, so they will brown nicely.
    -Cook on low 7 to 9 hours
