    Poultry: EZ Sweet - N - Sour Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    -3 lbs. chicken, cut up
    -1/2 c. peach preserves
    -1/2 c. French dressing (Catalina)
    -1 pkg. dry onion soup


    Recipe

    -Rinse chicken with cold water.
    -Place in crockpot.
    -Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    -Cook on low, 8 to 10 hours.
    -Serve with rice.
