Stuffed Green Peppers

6 green peppers, topped and seeded
3 cups ground meat (beef, ham or pork)
1/3 cup raw rice
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup catsup
4 carrots, peeled and cut in 2" pieces
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Wash green peppers; salt insides lightly. Combine all remaining ingredients except the last 3 items. Mix well. Fill each pepper about 2/3 full. Place in slow cooker, using carrot pieces for support. Combine 1 cup catsup with 1/2 cup water and pour over peppers. Cover and cook 6-8 hours.
