6 pounds bone-in turkey breast
Melted butter or margarine
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 celery stalks (ribs), diced
1 sweet yellow onion, diced or sliced thin
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Recipe
Rinse turkey breast and pat dry. Brush with melted butter. Rub dry soup mix over breast.
Combine celery, onion, broth and garlic; mix well and spoon into bottom of crock pot. Lay breast on top.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Lower heat and cook 8 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a hearty meal.
