Stuffing in the Crock

List of Ingredients
2 cups chopped Onions
2 cups chopped Celery
1 (4-ounce) can Mushrooms-drained
Saute in:1 cup Butter for 5 minutes.
Cool slightly.
In a 2-quart mixing bowl, put:
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
3/4 teaspoon Sage
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Thyme
2 Eggs-large
Mix all together.
In a very large bowl, put:
12 cups Bread Cubes
Sauted onion/celery mixture
Chicken broth mixture
Mix well. Put into a crockpot and cover. Cook on high 1 hour, turn down to low and cook 4-8 hours longer.Recipe
