List of Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans (11 oz.) corn, drained
2 cans (14-1/2 oz. ea.) red kidney beans, pinto beans or a combination, rinsed and drained
3 cans (15 oz. ea.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1-1/2 cups water
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet Ranch dip mix
Recipe
In a skillet, sauté ground beef and onion until lightly browned.
In a crock pot, combine with remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Set crock pot on LOW heat setting and cook for 6 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
