    Everyone needs a beer batter...this is my favorite for fish!

    List of Ingredients




    -1 cup all-purpose flour
    -1 cup cornstarch
    -2 tablespoons garlic powder
    -2 tablespoons onion powder
    -2 tablespoons seasoned salt
    -1 bottle beer

    Recipe



    -Mix and coat.
    -Fry at 375 to 400 degrees F.
