    Apple: Apple Enchiladas

    List of Ingredients

    1 20 oz apple pie filling
    6- 8" flour tortillas
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 cup margarine
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe

    Spoon filling on tortilla and roll up

    Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon in sauce pan
    Bring to boil simmer 3 minutes

    Pour over enchiladas and let stand for 30 minutes
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
