List of Ingredients
1 prepared angel food cake, cubed
1, 10-oz pkg. frozen or fresh blueberries
1, 10-oz pkg. frozen or fresh raspberries or strawberries
1, 10-oz pkg. frozen or fresh blackberries
2 T. praline liqueur, optional
1, 5-oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
½ C. milk
1,14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk (may use non-fat)
1, 8-oz. container whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
Place cubed caked in bottom of large glass serving bowl. Layer the berries on top of the cake. Drizzle with liqueur. In medium bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, condensed milk and 1 C whipped topping. Stir well.
Pour mixture over berries. Top custard with remaining whipped topping. If using frozen berries, let sit at room temperature for 1 hour or in refrigerator for 2-3 hours, enough for the berries to thaw before serving.
