Dee's Fresh Peach Cobbler Crunch

List of Ingredients
Cobbler:
6 to 8 cups peeled and sliced fruit, berries, or ruhbarb
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar mixed with:
2 Tbl. flour,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. cinn.,
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
For the Crunch Topping:
2 beaten eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. saltRecipe
Cobbler:
Mix Peaches with the sugar and spice mixture and place in a buttered 9X13 baking pan/dish.
Dot butter all over the top.
Crunch Topping:
Lightly mix together, this will be lumpy,
I use my hands.
Sprinkle over top of fruit.
You may sprinkle cinn./sugar mixture over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. to 1 hour.
This should be a golden brown with darker brown peaks.
Serve this warm with ice cream, cool whip, or cream.
