List of Ingredients



• Crust:
  
• 1 cup flour
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 2 cups Chex cereal crushed to be 1/2 cup
  
• 1/2 cup margarine
  
• Topping:
  
• 2 eggs beaten
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 2 Tbls. flour
  
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
  
• 4 tsp. lemon juice
  
• Powdered Sugar
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350
   
   
2. Grease a 9" square pan
   
   
3. To prepare the crust mix together the flour,sugar,baking powder and salt. Stir in the chex crumbs, then cut in the margarine till it is very fine crumbs.
   
   
4. Press mixture firmly into the greased pan,
   
   
5. Bake 12 minutes
   
   
6. Meanwhile prepare the topping. Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Mix till well blended.
   
   
7. Pour over the hot crust
   
   
8. Return to oven till the top is set; about 15 - 20 minutes
   
   
9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
