    1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) chocolate cream Oreo's
    14 oz. pkg. caramels
    1/2 c. margarine
    5 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 t. vanilla
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, divided

    Recipe



    Crush OREO's.
    Spread 3/4th of them in the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
    Melt together milk, margarine and caramels and pour over cookies, let cool.
    Blend together powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Then blend in 2 cups Cool Whip.
    Mix well.
    Spread over caramel /cookie mixture.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle remaining Oreo's on top.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
