Pretzel Salad

List of Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels ( 81/2 oz pkg)
- 3 Tbls sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- Center:
- 8 oz cream cheese ( softened)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 9 oz cool whip
- Top Layer:
- 2 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 small boxes frozen raspberries & juice
Instructions
- Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes
- Mix center ingredients all together and put on top of a slightly cooled crust. Smooth out and chill in frig
- Mix jello and hot water. Add two small boxes of raspberries. Place in frig till firm
- Pour on top of center layer and smooth out.
CHILL
- Top with cool whip if desired right before serving
Final Comments
I really don't know that this is a salad... more of a dessert to me
