    List of Ingredients


    • CRUMB TOPPING:
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup quick oats
    • 1 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter melted
    • RHUBARB FILLING:
    • 4 cups cut up rhubarb
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2-3/4 cup water


    Instructions


    1. In a mixing bowl combine the dry topping ingredients and mix well. Add melted butter and stir til crumbly. Set aside
    2. In another bowl combine the cut up rhubarb, sugar, dry jello,flour and cinnamon. Mix well and add the water. Stir to blend through.
    3. Pour rhubarb mixture into a greased 8x8 pan.
    4. Sprinkle crumb topping onto the rhubarb mix.
    5. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 oven for 35-40 minutes, til topping is golden.
