    Crust
    1 package (18-oz.) Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough

    Filling
    1 can (14-oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    1 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 egg yolks

    Topping
    1 package (12-oz.) semisweet chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350°F.
    Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    With floured fingers, press dough in bottom of sprayed pan to form crust.
    Bake at 350°F. for 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients; mix until smooth.
    Remove partially baked crust from oven.
    Spoon and carefully spread milk mixture evenly over crust. Return to oven; bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
    Remove bars from oven.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand 3 minutes to soften.
    Spread chocolate evenly over top.
    Cool 1 1/2 hours or until completely cooled.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes to set chocolate.
    Cut into bars.
