Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

List of Ingredients



• 1 yellow cake mix
  
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1/2 cup oil
  
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  
• 1 cup chocolate chips
  
• 2 Tbls. margarine
  






Instructions



1. In in a bowl combine cake mix, peanut butter, egg, and oil.
   
   
2. Press 2/3 of the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
   
   
3. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
   
   
4. In a sauce pan heat the milk, chips, and butter over low heat til melted.
   
   
5. Pour over crust.
   
   
6. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top of chocolate layer.
   
   
7. Bake for 20- 25 minutes or til golden. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
   
   
8. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
   
   






Final Comments


These were a huge hit at our last family gathering. It's a keeper
