    Pecan Bars

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups flour
    • 1/2 cup powder sugar
    • 1 cup butter
    • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Milk
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 (16oz) pkg. brickle chips


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and sugar.

    2. Cut in the butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.

    3. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

    4. Bake 15 minutes.

    5. Meanwhile in another bowl blend the milk, egg and vanilla.

    6. Stir in chips and pecans.

    7. Spread evenly over the crust.

    8. Bake @ 350 for for 25 minutes.

    9. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars.

    10. Store in the refrigerator.
