Pecan Bars

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (16oz) pkg. brickle chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour and sugar.
- Cut in the butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile in another bowl blend the milk, egg and vanilla.
- Stir in chips and pecans.
- Spread evenly over the crust.
- Bake @ 350 for for 25 minutes.
- Cool thoroughly and cut into bars.
- Store in the refrigerator.
