Three Layer Brownines

List of Ingredients
- 1 boxed brownine mix (for a 9x13 pan)
- 2ND LAYER:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbls. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tbls. oil
- chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix up brownies according to package directions.
- Bake brownies as per package directions.
- Cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars together.
- Add in the milk and vanilla and mix well.
- Beat in the flour.
- Spread this mixture over the brownines and chill til firm.
- For frosting melt chips and oil til smooth.
- Spread over the filling.
- Immediatley sprinkle walnuts on top of frosting.
